This example underwent a refurbishment in the early 2020s that included refreshing the McClendon tub and repainting the fiberglass body in white with gold stripes and flashes over its nose and haunches. Number 29 graphics adorn the nose and doors, and further exterior details include front and rear clamshells, faired-in headlights with covers, a wrap-around windshield, a pedestal-mounted side mirror, front and rear spoilers, and a single NACA duct behind the engine.
