The 18″ seven-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires measuring 245/45. Compared to the standard CTS sedan, the V featured stiffer springs and revised suspension components. Braking is provided by Brembo four-piston calipers over 14″ vented rotors at each corner. The front and rear brake rotors were reportedly replaced in June 2023, and front and rear Brembo semi-metallic brake pads were installed at the same time.
