This example was refurbished under previous ownership and has been refinished in cream with a #409 livery styled after the livery worn by the car during its participation in the Liège-Rome-Liège race. The front, rear, and side windows feature plexiglass construction, the latter of which are equipped with rotating air vents. A replacement fiberglass hood has been installed, and steel side doors, dual side mirrors, and a Monza-style fuel filler are further exterior details.
