Alloy 24″ wheels are wrapped in 1640×640 Fat Truck low-pressure tires that feature paddle treads and provide buoyancy and propulsion on water. The setup provides 20.7″ of ground clearance with the ability to climb or descend a 35-degree grade, and top speed on land is 25 mph. Stopping power is provided by hydrostatic pressure along with a safety disc brake that is automatically applied when the vehicle is stopped. A central tire inflation system automatically maintains tire pressure at a preset level.
