The 15″ steel wheels wear knock-off-style covers and are mounted with Goodyear Regatta Touring white-stripe tires measuring 215/70. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.
