Silver-finished 15″ steel wheels wear VW-stamped chrome hubcaps and are mounted with 165-series Atlas whitewall tires. The car was factory-equipped with a MacPherson strut and coil spring front suspension in place of the standard Beetle’s torsion bar setup. Stopping power is provided by drum brakes at all four corners. Corrosion is visible on the wheels.
