Staggered-width 17″ aluminum wheels are mounted with 275/40 front and 315/35 rear Goodyear Eagle ZR tires. The ZR-1 was equipped with the three-mode Selective Ride and Handling package, which was designed in consultation with Lotus and featured Bilstein shock absorbers. Braking is handled by antilock disc brakes at all four corners.
