Halibrand-style 15″ wheels are secured with safety-wired three-eared knockoffs and are wrapped in Goodyear Eagle Sport Car Special tires that were reportedly mounted in preparation for the sale. The ERA 427SC features a tubular steel chassis that utilizes rack-and-pinion steering as well as a Jaguar XJ-based rear subframe, adjustable coilovers, and front and rear sway bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with inboard rear units.
