Repaint & Re-Trim in 2010
This example’s body was finished in primer prior to being purchased by the current owner, who subsequently commissioned a repaint in single-stage urethane replicating the YPTCo’s yellow livery with black molding and hand-painted pinstripes. Early Yellowstone buses were designed with four doors on the right side of the body, with sealed simulated doors on the left side to prevent passengers from deboarding into traffic. The white canvas top was installed in 2010 and is supported by removable stays and leather straps.
