The frame, transmission tunnel, and gray Dunlop-branded 15×4″ steel wheels were powdercoated during the refurbishment. The wheels utilize two-ear knock-offs and are mounted with 165-series Vredestein Sprint Classic tires; a spare is located in the trunk. The four-wheel Dunlop disc braking system received replacement rotors and hydraulic lines. The suspension was overhauled with replated front components, a replacement front sway bar, and rebuilt rear springs.
