Black-finished 19″ and 20″ forged alloy wheels with laser-etched 765LT branding and titanium mounting bolts are wrapped in 245/35 front and 305/30 rear Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires. The double-wishbone independent suspension features McLaren active damping, and the 765LT was equipped with a stiffened steering torsion bar and a quick-ratio steering rack as compared to the 720S. The car is equipped with an optional vehicle-lift system, and braking is provided by Nardo Orange-finished calipers mounted over carbon-ceramic rotors. The rear tires were replaced in October 2022.
