The 15″ Rally II wheels were refinished by Harold Van Dyke of Mirriam, Kansas, before they were fitted with Goodyear Polyglas GT raised-letter tires. A “JW” wheel stamping can be seen in the photo gallery below. A matching spare tire is mounted in the trunk. Power-assisted front disc brakes and variable-ratio steering were standard equipment for the 1970 Trans Am.
