This example was stripped to bare metal during the restoration before being repainted in Packard Blue with gold pinstriping, replacing the lighter blue finish that was present when the car was acquired by the selling dealer. Bodywork included repairs to the wood framework, patching of rusted areas of the metal body panels, fabrication of replacement front fender panels, and straightening of various panels. The bumpers and brightwork were re-chromed during the project, and a tan convertible top was fabricated using Stayfast canvas.
