Forged 20″ Monolithic wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 305/35 rear Pirelli P Zero tires showing 2018 date codes. The 599 rides on an aluminum chassis with a semi-active magnetorheological suspension system, while stopping power is provided by cross-drilled carbon-ceramic brake rotors clamped by Ferrari-branded calipers at all four corners. A brake fluid flush was performed in January 2022.
