Staggered-width 20″ Ronal wheels are wrapped in 255/35 front and 285/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires showing 2021 date codes. The four-wheel disc brake system is equipped with Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), and the Alpina model received a softer suspension as compared to the standard Z8. Additional features include Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and All-Season Traction (ASC). Work performed in 2021 included a brake fluid change and the replacement of the power steering fluid reservoir and front thrust rod bushings.
