Marcel Massini Report
Invoices & Documents 1970-1983
Bodywork combines steel construction with aluminum hood and trunk panels, and this example was refinished in red in lieu of the original shade of Grigio Argento at some point prior to the 1970s. An additional repaint was performed during a late-1970s refurbishment, during which various pieces of brightwork were replated or polished. Repairs were performed on the nose panel and corroded areas of the doors in 1980. Imperfections in the finish are shown up close in the photo gallery below, which also features imagines of the last three digits of Pininfarina body number 68438 stamped on the hood, trunk floor, and trunk lid. The car retains seven-digit blue California license plates at the front and rear.
