The 16×8″ Alpina wheels are mounted with Dunlop Direzza DZ102 tires measuring 205/55 up front and 225/50 out back. A matching spare wheel with older Michelin rubber is mounted in the trunk along with a tool kit. The B7 Turbo Coupe featured an Alpina-designed adjustable front sway bar and progressive springs. Bilstein Sport shocks and struts were added during current ownership, and the fuel tank was flushed and relined. An auxiliary 30-liter fuel tank was installed by Alpina and remains fitted in the trunk.
