Factory steel wheels are fitted with body-color and chrome knock-off style covers and are mounted with Coker Classic whitewall tires. The Mark IX was the first Jaguar sedan to be equipped with four-wheel Dunlop disc brakes, and the system was overhauled with replacement lines, hoses, rebuilt calipers, and updated brake pads. The power steering system also received a replacement steering box, pump, and lines.
