Turbine-style 21″ Alpina wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The car is equipped with a sport-tuned suspension, which features a lower ride height than the contemporary 750i. Larger brakes from the European-spec 760i were also fitted to the B7, and a brake fluid flush was performed in January 2020.
