Chassis B9472738 was fitted with the lightweight aluminum body panels from Unett’s Lister Tiger coupe during the initial build in 1966. The fenders were flared to accommodate oversized race tires, and further development included adding ducts and vents in order to improve airflow for the brakes and cockpit. A cosmetic refurbishment was performed by specialists Steve Alcala and Dan Walters in 1998 and included refinishing the car in its period blue and white Scottish-themed livery. The aluminum hardtop was reportedly commissioned by Alan Fraser in 1965.
