The Model AA was introduced in 1910 as “the car the World has waited for,” and cost $650 when new. The IMS Museum believes this example to have been restored prior to their acquisition. The brush-painted red finish is contrasted by white pinstriping and was cleaned in preparation for the sale using Sonax car care products. Equipment includes acetylene headlights, a rear lamp, a running board-mounted carbide generator, a horn, and side lights. Matching wood-spoke wheels are mounted with older Firestone 28″x3″ bias-ply tires. Chips are noted in the paintwork, and the finish on the wheels is flaking.
