Steel wheels are mounted with 185/75-13 Pirelli tires. The front disc and rear drum brakes were upgraded from the factory to compensate for the higher output of the Turbo, and sway bars were fitted at both ends. The car is said to have been featured in a BMW display at LeMay – America’s Car Museum in Tacoma, Washington.
