Replacement 15″ black-painted steel wheels with stainless steel acorn-style hubcaps and manual locking front hubs are wrapped in 33″ Dick Cepek mud-terrain tires. An Old Man Emu 2.5″ lift kit has been installed, and additional modifications include Cool Cruisers Of Texas HFS barbell shackles and a disc-brake-equipped front axle sourced from a 1976 FJ40, which was reportedly refurbished with an overhaul kit from Cruiser Outfitters. The seller states that a Wilwood tandem brake cylinder kit sourced from Man A Fre was also installed, and the hard and soft brake lines were replaced.
