The four-wheel drive Syncro model was developed by Steyr-Puch in conjunction with Volkswagen, and the 16″ variant featured a reinforced chassis, black wheel arch flares, locking differentials, and larger brakes. This example rides on refinished 16″ Mefro steel wheels wearing BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tires, and a matching spare is mounted on a swing-away carrier at the rear.
