Around back, the boot lid was also shaved save for the handle, and the license plate was relocated down low. A pair of Barris Kustom badges were affixed to the cowl below the windscreen posts. A custom-made Carson hardtop was also sourced by Barris Kustoms and was reconstructed during the restoration.
