Paintwork during the 2017-2018 restoration was handled by 356 specialist Kertsan Rillos of Rillos Restoration. Previously refinished in red, the body was stripped to bare metal, block-sanded, and primed before the Oslo Blue paint was applied. The padded convertible top was reupholstered in navy blue canvas and can be seen up close in the gallery below.
