Body-color wire-spoke wheels feature chrome Pontiac-branded hubcaps, and they are mounted with 5.25–5.50–17″ Firestone whitewall bias-ply tires. Matching spare wheels are stowed in body-color hard covers in the fenders. The Economy Eight rode on a 115″ wheelbase and featured front and rear leaf springs. Braking is handled by drums at all four corners.
