The 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with older BFGoodrich Comp T/A tires that the seller reports are original. The Impala SS was fitted with heavy-duty dampers, 12.1″ disc brakes, and a 1″ lower sport-tuned suspension when compared with the contemporary Caprice. A sway bar end link was replaced in September 2024.
