The 15″ wire wheels are secured with two-eared knock-off spinners and mounted with 6.00-series Classic 78 II thin-whitewall tires. The car is equipped with an independent front suspension with coil springs and hydraulic dampers as well as a rack-and-pinion steering system. Braking is provided by front discs and rear drums. Work in December 2024 included rebuilding the front brake calipers along with replacing the handbrake cable, rear wheel cylinders, and brake master cylinder, front pads, and rear shoes.
