The cream-finished 400mm steel wheels wear polished trim rings as well as Lancia-branded hubcaps, and they are mounted with 165-series Michelin X tires. The Flaminia rides on a 99″ wheelbase and features an independent double-wishbone front suspension and a de Dion tube rear setup with an anti-roll bar. The car has been fitted with power-assisted steering, and braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes with inboard-mounted rotors out back. The brake booster was repaired in July 2024, at which time the system was adjusted and bled.
