The Brazilian-style 15″ wheels are mounted with 165/80 Nexen SB-802 tires. The car was factory equipped with a MacPherson strut and coil spring front suspension in place of the standard Beetle’s torsion bar setup. Stopping power is provided by drum brakes at all four corners.
