White-painted 16.5″ steel wheels are mounted with Kelly and BFGoodrich radial tires that should be replaced due to age according to the seller, who also recommends a front-end alignment. A matching spare wheel with a bias-ply tire is stowed beneath the cargo-bed floor. Equipment includes leaf springs at all four corners and a dually rear axle. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The adaptation of a front differential from a 1978 Dodge W300 enabled the addition of power steering as well as the front disc brakes.
