Staggered-width chrome 20″ Ronal wheels were refinished in May 2024 and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires said to have been installed in 2024. The four-wheel disc brake system is equipped with Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), and the Alpina model received a softer suspension as compared to the standard Z8. Additional features include Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and All-Season Traction (ASC).
