Red-painted Hayes demountable wire wheels are mounted with silver rims and 30×3½ Ward’s Riverside bias-ply tires. The frame was repainted black during the build and features a front and rear transverse leaf spring suspension. The front brass shock absorber internals have been removed. Stopping power is provided by AC rear mechanical drum brakes.
