The 16″ steel wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM3 tires, and a spare is secured to a swing-out carrier at the rear. Aftermarket shocks, springs, and bushings were installed during the refurbishment along with power steering, four-wheel disc brakes, and replacement brake lines.
