The 16″ turbine-style alloy wheels are mounted with GoodYear Eagle VR50 tires that are said to be original to the car. The car is equipped with four-wheel independent suspension, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. The Z51 Performance Handling Package added a heavy-duty suspension with Bilstein dampers.
