Magnesium 17″ Cup wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 205/50 at the front and 255/40 at the rear. The Carrera RS’s ride height is lower than that of a standard 964, and it also featured stiffer springs and adjustable anti-sway bars. Stopping power is provided by an anti-lock system featuring four-piston calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. The inner wheel arches were replaced in 2017, and the brake pads, sensors, and rotors were replaced in preparation for the sale.
