1970 Mercury Cougar. Under the hood is the 351 Cleveland V8. It has a big Quick Fuel double pumper atop an Edelbrock intake. Finned aluminum valve covers, a custom low-restriction air cleaner, and steel braided hoses throughout. Factory gauges including a beautiful, clearly legible tachometer greet the driver. Between the comfy bucket seats, a full center console houses the factory floor shifter with a comfortable T-handle. On the luxury side, there's factory air conditioning, power windows, and an upgraded stereo with controls neatly installed in the stock location. Power steering and power front disc brakes were standard. This Cougar has been treated to a comprehensive Eliminator makeover. Black stripes on the hood and on the sides accompany the "Eliminator" logos on the quarter panels.
