It boasts a 400 cubic inch numbers matching motor, along with a 4-barrel carburetor and Ram Air option. Power is transferred from the engine through a Turbo Hydromatic 400 automatic transmission to a 10 bolt posi-traction rear end which now houses 3.42 gears. Of the 4,622 Formula 400 vehicles, only 533 had the functioning Ram Air hood. This is one of the 533 born with that very special option.
