This 1958 Chevrolet Impala is truly a tidy classic. It has a tidy look with the bright white paint; a tidy interior with plenty of classic details; and a tidy engine bay with updated V8 power. The brightwork looks quite nice on the full-length trim, wraparound rear bumper, and all those jet-age details. There's even added sparkle from upgrades like cat-eye headlights and 15-inch polished alloys. This is a well-done total package that gives you classic and distinctive elements, like the tri-tone seat inserts and a rising rear center armrest. It's all preserved quite nicely in a taut clear plastic covering. The dashboard is a big step forward compared to 1957, and the correct dual-spoke wheel is beautifully finished in a two-tone, with lots of chrome details. You'll also notice some well-integrated upgrades, like the cup holders and a retro-style AM/FM digital tuner. Upgraded power with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and Hedman long tube headers feeding those large dual exhaust pipes. Plus, this also has the right supporting components, like an MSD distributor and an aluminum radiator. It's a strong running motor, and the whole package was built for driving. That's why you have a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes w/discs up front.
