The DS rode on a 123″ wheelbase and featured a rear track 8″ narrower than the front. Single-bolt steel wheels are finished in Rouille and wear chrome covers and Michelin X radial tires that were installed under the seller’s ownership, sized 165x400mm all around. A matching spare with older Michelin rubber is mounted ahead of the engine along with a factory tool kit. Standard features include hydropneumatic suspension with automatic leveling and variable ground clearance, power steering, and hydraulically-assisted, inboard-mounted front disc brakes that were fitted with new pads. Additional service included replacement of the hydropneumatic sphere diaphragms as well as a hydraulic pump rebuild.
