The painted wire wheels wear bright DKW hubcaps and are mounted with older 4.50–18 Funsa bias-ply tires. The F5 Front Luxus cabriolet rode on a 103″ wheelbase and features transverse front leaf springs and KYB gas shocks as well as a live rear axle with lever-arm shocks. Four spare Boge lever-arm shocks are included in the sale. Drum brakes are fitted at all four corners.
